The people behind LASA
LASA consists of a core of permanent employees, as well as people who are involved in the study for a limited period of time. For example PhD students or interviewers who visit the participants at home for an interview.
The LASA study is a joint study of the VU University and Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc. The LASA scientists are affiliated with different departments, such as the department of sociology or the section Nutrition & Health (VU University, Amsterdam) or the department of internal medicine or psychiatry (Amsterdam UMC).
