LASA data

The data of LASA covers a broad range of topics, collected across a large number of measurement cycles (waves) since 1992. In this section we provide more information on the data that LASA has available and how data can be requested for research. There are various options to explore the topics and variables included in the LASA data collection.

Under “LASA data”, there are four menu options:

• Topic search: here you can search by keyword in the topic database of LASA. Topics which correspond with the keyword entered, will be shown together with the LASA data files used in the selected topics.
• Topic overview: this provides an overview of all topics for which data are available in LASA. By entering a keyword in the upper right box of the table,  you can quickly select rows with topics and LASA datafiles.
• Themes: here the topics covered by the LASA data are organized by research theme.
• Request data: here you will find all the information you need to request LASA data for analysis.
